The right side is displayed in the Winter camolflage coliours of black and white, while the left side is full restored in glass black. However the illusuioon is somewhat spoiled by the attachment of the loco to a cabin tender of ÖBB dsign. These were not designed until after WWII and were never fitted outside Austria.
31098 ran as 152 3109 for ÖBB (Until 1968) and 52 3109 for GKB (until 1985) before being sold to the H E F and delivered to the Museum.
