This was one of the few BR52.80s in Germany fitted with a Giesl ejector.

52 8106 is pictured in the lokschuppe of the
former Bw Hilbersdorf (Sachsen Eisenbahn Museum) on an open day.
The loco was non-operationalnominally but fully restored.
Formerly 52 3839, rebuilt as 52.80 in 1965 (originally order from Krauss Maffei.
but built by Krenau 1395 May 1944) but does display an original rebuilt plate.
