PKP Ty2 860
		Ty2-860 lay out of use in the coach yard at Chojnice. Defintely ordered from Borsig but built in the end by Schichau, there is much confusion over its original identity. According to Slaughter et al in 1996 "Borsig 15702 - 15788 were 52 605 - 52 691 (10.1943-05.1944) gebaut von Schichau 3964÷ ? " giving as example TY2 858 Schicau 4107. Haas et al in 1993 stated "Ty2-860 ex 52 633 Schichau 4111/1944" while boiler records show "Schichau 4035/1944 (Book of the locomotiv (Formularz parowozu))". Clearly a Scichau locomotive, but which one is certainly not clear - perhaps a boiler/frame swop has caused the confusion) from information additionally provided by Jacek Raczkowski. 2 Sep 2001
